In partnership with Brand Experience (BX) leads, you will communicate and improve the overall Levi’s visual merchandising standards at all consumer touch points at the cluster level. You will provide global direction on store presentation from initial map development to install through hands on training and documents to ensure excellence within key visual touch points; zoning, merchandising, styling, and window set up.  

This global position reports to the Senior Manager, Global Brand Experience Visual Merchandising (VM) Training and acts as a global bridge to the Cluster BX teams. You will facilitate a partnership to drive training and education of the overall VM standards within one of our cluster business units.

About the Job

• Develop global BX Training/”University” Toolkit for cluster BX to leverage at the cluster and country level and across all clusters.  In partnership with Cluster BX leadership, refine, adapt, and adopt toolkit to address cluster specific challenges and needs.

• Out in the market and in the field within the Americas, the trainer provides hands on help and support for markets to keep and monitor our VM standards.

• Work with the Cluster BX Lead to ensure proper trainings are built for Market and store teams, both on products and VM guidelines and tools. Ensure delivery of these trainings, evaluate the progress made, flag and address any additional training need.

• Support store openings and key shop set ups and key city flagships/stores in close partnership with Cluster BX, Retail and Wholesale partners.

• Correct, improve, and provide constructive feedback to cluster BX leads, geos, and store orgs, so standards improve and align with global direction.

• Lead the MAP development and monthly reviews with the Cluster BX team, Retail Partners, and Merch Partners, to ensure cluster alignment within global strategies.

• Provide guidance and direction on mannequin styling, usage, and placement at the store level during key market visits and trainings. 

• Work with Global VM & Styling to align on standards and growth opportunities while representing the cluster BX needs.

About You

• Must have 5+ years of retail experience in any capacity

• Knowledge of the retail environment and trends

• Interested in fashion at the center of culture 

• Brand Ambassador representing the LS& Co brand values 

• Ability to align with and support a diverse and inclusive work culture

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, MAC Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Photoshop

• Basic knowledge of retail math

This is a hybrid position based in our New York, NY office. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is ($79,200 - $105,600) per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
