Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring the smooth operation of the executive's office.
The role involves managing schedules, communications, and projects while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements
- Calendar Management:
- Organize and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Prioritize appointments based on urgency and importance.
- Communication:
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Meeting Coordination:
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule meetings, including logistics and materials preparation.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Travel Arrangements:
- Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Prepare travel documents and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Project Management:
- Assist in project planning and execution, monitoring deadlines and deliverables.
- Support team members in various tasks and initiatives as required.
- Confidentiality:
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and adhere to confidentiality policies.
