Responsibilities
- Provide financial education to individuals, families, and small business owners
- Guide clients through solutions including tax-advantaged strategies, wealth building, retirement protection, and legacy transfer
- Build and manage your own book of business as an independent agent
- Attend ongoing virtual training and mentorship sessions
- Assist clients in obtaining financial products and services that meet their needs
- Pursue state licensing with our support and resources
Required:
- Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Preferred (but not required):
- Background in sales, customer service, education, or finance
- Bilingual is a plus
- State financial license (we will help you obtain this if needed)
