Join a high-performing IT support team where you’ll provide in-person technical support to end users, ensuring smooth daily operations. You’ll work in a fast-paced professional environment, helping resolve complex issues related to laptops, mobile devices, printers, and enterprise software.
Job Responsibilities
Deliver high-level, in-person support to resolve technical issues on laptops, mobile devices, and office equipment
Troubleshoot and maintain Windows and Apple devices, including MacBooks, iOS, and Android phones
Support print devices including HP, Xerox, and Canon printers
Perform root-cause analysis and implement preventive solutions
Track issues and resolutions in ServiceNow; maintain and coordinate IT inventory
Job Skills/Requirements
Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and laptop troubleshooting
Experience supporting Apple and Android devices
Confident communicator with strong customer service and face-to-face support skills
Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Familiar with Yammer, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools

Pay Range: $27 /hr
