We’re seeking a Software Engineer who’s passionate about building backend systems that are scalable, secure, and impactful. You’ll join a high-performing team focused on delivering value across a modern identity and device management platform. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and cloud environments, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate with Product, UX, and CloudOps to build mission-critical solutions. Accountabilities:

• Develop backend features and services, contributing individually and collaboratively within a product-focused team.
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable code aligned with best practices and modern engineering standards.
• Work closely with Product Managers, UX designers, and Architects to ensure incremental value delivery to customers.
• Support architectural decisions that promote scalability, high availability, and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD processes, and production deployments.
• Foster a team culture of continuous improvement and strong communication.
• Uphold core values such as connection, innovation, and daily improvement.

• 3+ years of professional software development experience, primarily in backend systems.
• Proficiency in Golang or Node.js, with experience developing cloud-based SaaS applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations (bonus if familiar with gRPC).
• Experience building distributed systems and working with microservices architecture (containerization experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines for efficient testing and deployment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in remote team environments.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and residence within one of the 50 states.
