Associate – AML/KYC (Fund Administration)

Job Description
This position will work Eastern or Central Time Zone hours - successful candidates will be US based in the New York/New Jersey area, Chicago, Dallas, or Houston.
- Conduct investor level AML/KYC reviews
- Support investment level AML/KYC reviews
- Utilize proprietary AML/KYC software to conduct investor and investment reviews
- Coordinate with offshore resources to efficiently complete AML/KYC reviews
- Support clients with multiple Private Equity funds within various industries
- Communicate with clients and client legal counsels via email
- Support daily/routine client information requests and fulfill ad-hoc requests as needed
- Track missing items, post-close requests, and upcoming deadlines to ensure all required items are collected in a timely manner
- Update both proprietary software and internal files to ensure proper record keeping
- Assess operational effectiveness and make suggestions for process development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to provide exceptional client service
- Ability to collaborate with others in a team environment, provide and accept constructive feedback
- Ability to produce high quantity of work product with accuracy and extreme attention to detail
- Effective and professional communication, especially written communication
- Ability to manage multiple demands and competing deadlines
- Ability to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word preferred
Additional Information
Salary based on experience and location ($65,000-$72,000) and full benefits package offered.
