The Engagement Manager will be responsible for managing InvestorFlow’s enterprise and marquee client base, including broadening paths to customer expansion (identifying and SaaS ARR and services opportunities), development of new & furthering existing customer relationships and ensuring overall Customer Success (satisfaction). This leader will work closely with the services team members and clients and sales teams to ensure we are delivering best in breed service across software and services.
