Responsibilities
- Manage client portfolio and oversee end-to-end billing processes.
- Coordinate and review media billing drafts and approve invoices.
- Monitor accounts receivable collections and liaise with agency media teams for payment follow-ups.
- Support media vendor payment requests and ensure invoice clearance.
- Run and analyze reports using Prisma/Spectra OX.
- Assist media teams with system operations related to billing and finance.
