Corporate Paralegal - Remote

Integrated Dermatology is a national medical practice acquisition and management company located in Boca Raton, FL. We are seeking an ambitious individual to serve in a Corporate Paralegal capacity. Our ideal candidate is an energetic individual with corporate and/or healthcare experience, who is ready to support multiple executives in a dynamic department, while undertaking various administrative and legal projects.

• Assist with employment, lease, vendor and other day-to-day practice operational matters.
• Administer and maintain operational databases including leases, legal and medical board claims for all worldwide subsidiaries for real-time availability of accurate and current corporate data and documents
• Monitor changes to government guidelines or regulations and submit reports on pertinent changes
• Assist with obtaining certified documents from Secretaries of State
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and other documents
• Assist in the preparation of operational legal documents
• Organize and manage transactional closing processes and documentation
• Liaise with internal executives and staff at all levels
• Liaise with practice staff
• Provide administrative support to General Counsel and other attorneys in the legal department

• Previous corporate, operational paralegal experience. Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Ability to deliver clear, concise, and accurate messages to others verbally and in writing. 
• Ability to establish priorities and objectives.
• Initiative to be able to take independent actions within a scope of authority and ask for, and offer, help when needed.
• Hard working, resourceful, and well-organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of matters.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal with some law firm experience (Required)
• 3+ years of experience in research & writing (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (Required).
