Our customers are often highly technical teams who are embedding us into their docs, help center, inside of their application-- virtually in any touch point and in any workflow. Our customers choose us in large part because of our developer platform which includes extensible UI components, AI and RAG APIs, and other developer-first primitives. Our customers create AI copilots, agents, and workflows on top of our platform and this role is about partnering with them in that journey.
The role involves being high-touch with customers, but also taking an engineering-first approach to removing friction points in the self-service experience. To do that, you'll dogfood and help shape Inkeep as a product. If you want to become an expert on how to leverage AI in your role-- we're the perfect fit.
Responsibilities
Onboard and support customers
Create templates, quickstarts, and other technical onboarding artifacts
Engineer systems that use AI to make your job more efficient and customer lives easier
Qualifications
2+ years in solutions engineering, support engineering, or other engineering roles.
Have experience with at least TypeScript (and ideally Python as well)
Strong communication and organization skills

Experience working at a developer tool company
