We are seeking an Office Clerk to join our team at Baybridge Marina in Stevensville, MD.
Essential Duties:
- Answers phones and directs calls to appropriate person. Takes detailed messages when needed.
- Interacts frequently with clients and team members.
- Assists with part ordering.
- Multi-task for customer care.
- Timesheet entry
- Follows prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe, clean working environment.
Requirements
- 2 years related experience and /or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
