Senior Business Systems Analyst

We're looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team and help translate business needs into impactful technical solutions. This individual will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, leading efforts to optimize and streamline supply chain and procurement processes using Oracle EBS.

How You'll Create Possibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications to define product criteria
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Oracle EBS procurement modules, providing insights and solutions to support business goals
  • Lead or contribute to business process simplification and system optimization efforts across workstreams
  • Manage end-to-end project execution: define scope, maintain communication, manage timelines, and proactively address roadblocks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to solve complex business challenges
  • Advocate for continuous improvement, using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to drive quality, reduce defects, and enhance productivity
  • Escalate and resolve issues across dependent programs and business functions
  • Champion change through standardization and simplification of sourcing and supply chain processes
  • Conduct benchmarking to identify best practices and industry trends
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, including process flows, swim lane diagrams, and data flow models
  • Bring an APICS-aligned mindset to enhance supply chain thinking and outcomes

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university or college
  • 3 years of experience working with Oracle Procurement modules
  • 5 years of experience in a business analyst role with regular customer or business stakeholder interaction
  • Prior exposure to project leadership or formal project management training

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Formal experience leading projects as a project manager
  • Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems
