- Experience in tool and system transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS compliance and audit preparation.
- Ability to integrate and automate estimating workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical estimating modernization and transformation initiatives.
- Validate and enhance functional cost estimates using historical data and modeling.
- Develop risk and contingency quantification methods across program levels.
- Perform regression, CER development, and sensitivity analyses.
- Coordinate cross-functional input for integrated pricing structures.
- Implement and manage estimating processes compliant with DFARS and FAR regulations.
- Lead evaluation and implementation of next-gen estimating tools replacing Excel.
- Oversee integration of estimating systems with ERP and scheduling platforms.
- Develop automated cost models and reduce manual errors.
- Standardize estimating practices and promote digital tool adoption.
- Support proposal development, audits, and compliance activities.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or
- Master’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
