Online Mental Health Counselor – NY

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually + benefits
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering goal-focused virtual therapy to individuals and families
- Drafting and updating client care plans and goals
- Coordinating with clinical and case management teams
- Keeping timely, organized notes and documentation
- Attending remote team meetings and supervision sessions
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- New York licensure (LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience post-graduation
- Tech-literate and comfortable in a virtual care environment
- Reliable internet and confidential space for remote work
