About the Opportunity:
As a key provider in our patient-centered practice, you will be responsible for diagnosing and managing a wide range of adult health conditions. You’ll work closely with a collaborative care team and play an essential role in bridging language and cultural gaps for our Russian-speaking community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and detailed assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
- Perform joint and trigger point injections under supervision as needed.
- Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and pain management strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate follow-ups.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Valid NY State PA license and NCCPA certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience (Pain Management, Orthopedics, or related field preferred)
- Strong clinical skills, patient-focused approach, and attention to detail
