Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide detailed information about GOGREEK products and services.
  • Assist customers in placing orders and handling returns or exchanges.
  • Resolve issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in our database.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food and beverages sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
