Skills

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems and customer-facing portals
- Analyze complex customer requirements and translate them into engineering objectives
- Incorporate new tools and technologies to optimize development, monitoring, and quality assurance
- Conduct code reviews and coordinate cross-team efforts
- Implement and advocate best practices in testing, code quality, and CI/CD pipelines
- Participate in architecture decisions and product planning
