Responsibilities
- Create and maintain technical documentation for assigned software products.
- Develop and implement technical writing standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with development teams to update content according to product changes.
- Review and ensure quality of documentation in coordination with subject matter experts.
- Participate in Agile development processes and team scrums.
- Lead documentation initiatives and provide technical direction to other writers.
- Mentor less-experienced technical writers and troubleshoot documentation issues.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and technical writing policies.
Education
- Degree or diploma in Technical Communications or related field preferred.
- Equivalent work experience as a Technical Writer may be acceptable.
