Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to address and collect outstanding invoices professionally.
- Continuously assess and improve collections and payment processes.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and collections activities.
- Update CRM and accounts database ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage escalations to appropriate teams for payment issue resolution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with billing and support teams.
- Identify and help remove obstacles preventing customer payments to avoid service disruption.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree or higher preferred.
