About The Role:
The Director of Local Marketing & Revenue will lead all local, non-digital marketing and revenue-generating initiatives for the Museum of Ice Cream’s newest location. As a peer to the General Manager, own $1.3M in annual revenue per museum through partnerships, community ticket sales, group bookings, and grassroots marketing efforts. They will act as the Museum’s local face in the tourism and community landscape, developing strong B2B relationships, leading on-the-ground activations, and crafting referral strategies to drive awareness, visitation, and event bookings.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, community engagement, and creative marketing — and who can build a revenue stream from the ground up while staying joyful and brand-aligned.

This role offers a base salary of $100,000–$125,000 USD, commensurate with location and experience, along with strong bonus potential tied to annual performance goals.
