Skills
- Expertise in PCBA manufacturing test
- Hands-on experience with ICT and FCT system design
- Proficiency in Python programming
- Strong understanding of DFT
- Ability to read schematics and debug hardware
Responsibilities
- Own test coverage strategy for all custom PCBAs across the product
- Design, validate, and deploy bed-of-nails ICT and FCT test fixtures
- Collaborate with electrical and firmware teams to define test hooks and diagnostics coverage
- Specify and validate test software including automated test sequencing
- Serve as test lead at CMs during NPI builds to enhance test coverage
- Monitor test yield data and drive root cause analysis for failures
Education
- Bachelor or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
