- Define vision and roadmap for AI-driven user experiences within Figma
- Collaborate with AI research, Product, Design, Engineering, and Data Science teams to drive AI model improvements
- Set strategy and priorities for engineering teams to deliver AI features
- Understand and apply workflows and use cases for designers inside Figma

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
