The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, creativity and be a self-starter. Depending on the level of the candidate's skill and experience this position may be eligible for Administrative Assistant II.  Varying levels of experience and qualifications will be considered. 

Responsibilities

The successful person in this position will provide administrative support to the client service team and others as needed. The responsibilities will include the following:•    Management of multiple data spreadsheet data (Excel), to include creation of pivot tables and formulas.•    Collects, compiles, and analyzes moderately complex data and information; may prepare reports using more advanced applications of database software.•    Compose general correspondence.•    Ability to handle confidential client and personnel information with discretion.•    Prepare documents, letters and reports for internal and external needs.•    Manage calendars in MS Outlook.•    Support the preparation of PowerPoint presentations.•    Organize internal and external meeting and event logistics, catering and technology needs. This will include    internal audits. •    Maintain and monitor supplies in office. •    Assist and back-up other administrative assistants, when needed.

Qualifications

Education: High School diploma, College preferred

Experience:Minimum 2 years administrative experience supporting a work group or manager required.

Skills/Knowledge•    Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.•    Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.•    Curiosity about how work fits into bigger picture and confidence to ask questions.•    Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
