ABOUT THE ROLE

The Data Analyst Senior is responsible for driving a data-informed strategy for our Repair Data Connections product family, including data managers and APIs, by understanding our market, customers, competitors and product positioning therein. The Data Analyst Senior is also responsible for researching and gathering intelligence to inform product decisions, working cross functionally with Product Management, Business Development, Engineering and other stakeholders.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements in California, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey,  New York, and Washington.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $87,600- $107,000 annually. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Depending on the position, compensation may also include bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate integration requirements and opportunities with various estimating platforms
• Create user and data flows to represent how data from estimating platforms will interact with Entegral products and  services 
• Understand the market and the competitive landscape related to Global estimating and repair platforms
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Business Development, Engineering teams, and the internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integrations and data flows
• Partner with and serve as a liaison, utilizing data from the industry and our own user base to identify and assess integration opportunities.
• Understand and facilitate data mapping, integration and transformations between external and internal products using Entegral's primary schema
• Assist in the creation of the appropriate documents that can be used for both internal and external consumption,  including business cases, product documents, user and data flows and presentations 
• Assist in the definition and monitoring of Product key performance indicators to evaluate integration performance and data flow effectiveness
• Support the development of the product roadmap by assessing product gaps, competitive threats and strategic  opportunities; provide Product Management with input into roadmap planning and releases
• Stay abreast of new methodologies to best serve Entegral’s repair data integration and API goals 

Qualifications

Required:

• Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Bachelor's Degree
• Business, Marketing, Computer Science or other applicable field preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• For flexible or full remote work from home positions, reliable high speed Internet connection and dedicated work space are required
• Must be located in one of the following locations: AZ, CA, FL, IL, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA,TN, TX, VA, WA or WI
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst including the following: 
  • Creating user and data flows
  • Facilitating data mapping, integration and transformations between external and internal product
  • Creating artifacts that illustrate data flows, product usage and/or functionality
  • Data integrations
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• 3+ years experience in a SaaS environment

Preferred:

• Knowledge of user behavior tools such as Google Analytics
• API Management
• Familiarity with industry estimating and repair platforms
