Responsibilities
- Provide program support to public school and community college decision-makers, solar developers, and installers participating in the Illinois Shines Program.
- Host regular one-on-one check-ins and feedback roundtables to gather insights and deliver program resources.
- Collect and analyze solar market trends relevant to public schools and present findings to clients.
- Identify and recommend improvements in program administration and training needs.
- Partner with internal teams to find opportunities for process improvements.
- Lead implementation of training and support initiatives as required.
Education
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Graduate degree preferred with relevant experience.
