The Corporate Tax Counsel - Mergers & Acquisitions Tax Counsel is responsible for providing specialized legal and strategic tax advice in support of the company’s business transactions and corporate initiatives, with a focus on insurance and healthcare industry matters. This role involves complex tax planning related to federal, state, and international tax law, and supports high-value, high-impact projects. The position works closely with business, tax, and legal leadership to deliver tax-optimized outcomes aligned with enterprise objectives, operating with a high degree of independence and strategic insight.

Requires a JD, current license to practice law, and a minimum of 9 years of specific industry and/or technical legal experience post licensure; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $187,616 to $281,424.
