Executive Assistant
Description
We are hiring an Executive Assistant that supports senior IT leadership, providing high-level administrative and organizational support. Reporting directly to a top executive, this role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role involves both remote work and regular on-site presence at corporate office locations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle high-volume communication
- Plan and manage all aspects of domestic and international travel arrangements
- Prepare and format business communications, reports, and executive-level presentations
- Organize and maintain both electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Track and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring readiness and accuracy
- Draft meeting summaries and executive briefs
- Process expense reports, manage corporate credit card usage, and support administrative financial tasks
- Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Collaborate with other administrative professionals to provide seamless team support
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues on behalf of executives
- Provide after-hours support for urgent executive travel or communication needs
Requirements
Required:
- 4+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Proven ability to manage complex travel and scheduling needs
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Experience managing sensitive information and working under tight deadlines
- Must reside in the St. Louis, MO area and be available during Central Time business hours
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in a fast-paced or high-tech environment
