Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and innovative Electronics Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Ann Arbor location. This is an in-person position. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems and will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electronic components and systems. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical expertise, particularly in areas such as PCB design, debugging, and programming.
Duties
- Design and develop electronic circuits and systems using tools such as Altium Designer.
- Create and test prototypes of electronic devices, ensuring functionality and reliability.
- Conduct debugging processes to identify and resolve issues in electronic designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electronic systems into larger projects.
- Perform measurements using tools such as an oscilloscope to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Document design processes, test results, and project specifications for future reference.
- Perform thermal testing and iterate new designs to meet design goals

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in firmware development and embedded programming languages such as C.
- Experience with PCB design and layout software is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
- Familiarity with debugging techniques for both hardware and software issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
