Job Purpose

We are seeking a talented Sr .Net Developer to design, build, and support web-based business applications. This role involves hands-on coding, testing, debugging, and optimizing SQL-driven applications. The ideal candidate will be experienced in full life cycle development, collaborating closely with stakeholders to transform business needs into robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and debug web-based applications to meet business requirements.
• Write and optimize structured, efficient SQL queries and adhere to development best practices.
• Review and enhance code for quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Conduct unit testing and validate applications against functional specifications.
• Analyze requests for automation and enhancement, providing time and cost estimates.
• Create detailed project work plans, schedules, and development timelines.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and system architecture.
• Collaborate with end users to gather requirements, resolve issues, and support application enhancements.
• Ensure ongoing understanding of user activities and business processes to proactively support application development.
• Translate functional specifications into technical solutions using full software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Provide regular project updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to technical discussions and planning efforts.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in web application development and structured programming.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and understanding of database optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes, including documentation, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
• Experience preparing technical specifications and design documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
