Responsibilities
- Lead and expand the Due Diligence practice for Phase 1 & 2 ESAs, PCAs, and subsurface investigations
- Coordinate and oversee field inspections and reporting processes
- Conduct technical inspections as needed
- Interview and recommend new hires and independent contractors
- Utilize Salesforce to manage proposals and client follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal teams for Red Tape Due Diligence services
- Deliver exceptional client service and engage with decision makers in development, banking, and AEC sectors
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Natural Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field
