The User Activation team at Databricks is on an ambitious journey to scale our customers 10x. Our mission is to take users from “getting started” to “getting work done” by making Databricks simple and accessible through intuitive, product-led growth strategies.
As the Senior Engineering Manager of the User Activation team, you will play a critical role in driving the technical vision, architecture, and execution for horizontal product experiences that accelerate customer adoption and growth. Sitting at the entry point for all Databricks customers, you will guide a team of ~20 software engineers to create seamless onboarding flows, intuitive workspace experiences, and partner integrations that power Databricks expansion.
