- Conversational AI design and architecture experience, especially building chatbots and virtual agents.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and training delivery.

- Experience with prompt engineering and dialog management platforms like Dialogflow CX.
- Familiarity with linguistic principles and multi-language fluency is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI delivery projects, designing, building, deploying, and tuning AI conversational solutions for multiple customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to design AI solutions aligned with business objectives across various contact center verticals.
- Maintain and improve AI models to ensure quality standards.
- Deliver training and enablement programs to empower customers to build and QA their own AI models using Cresta Opera.
- Design and develop virtual agent solutions utilizing flow-based, prompt-based, and hybrid platforms.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Background in Linguistics or related fields preferred.
