About the role

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic projects and reporting team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical and problem solving skills to drive strategic decision-making and optimize business processes. Proficiency in Power Automate, SharePoint expertise, records retention, and the Microsoft Suite is essential. Additionally, strong skills in leading work and driving out solutions are required. This role will analyze business operations and recommends solutions to align individual business functions with organizational goals and efficiency. We ask you understand the structure, policies and operations of the enterprise, and recommend business and/or technology-focused solutions to improve general business processes and planning. You will serve as liaison across multiple facets of business (Procurement and Business Administrative Services) and technology to provide solutions to meet organizational needs.

How does this role make an impact?

- Collaborates with business areas to identify, define and document business requirements. Coordinates or performs data sampling and testing verification. - Takes the lead in assisting with the business case. Elicits, translates, simplifies use requirements to drive the design and review of test cases, process change requests, and manages to completion. - Recommends organizational changes in anticipation of predicted marketplace changes. Assesses impact and supports communication and delivery of requirements to stakeholders. - Compiles, analyzes, interprets, and presents data related to the current and future operations. - Clarifies, updates and improves the business processes impacted by technology changes, and maps out the requirements for one or more systems to support needs and processes. - Negotiates or provides input to project plans and timeframes.

• Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.

Base Pay Range:

$76,000-$104,500

The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.

Incentive Pay:

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
