Responsibilities
- Act as Enablement liaison for new hires, managing sales tools provision, training, and onboarding progress
- Manage bi-weekly Sales Talk Live including speaker coordination, content preparation, and publishing
- Own Win Wire program collaborating with sales teams to develop and publish strategic sales content
- Assist with Couchbase College bootcamp content, speaker management, and facilitation
- Create and publish bi-weekly Sales Enablement Newsletter promoting wins and programs
- Manage TechLabs program content, training coordination, reporting, and attendee tracking
- Support initiatives for high-potential employees with timeline and vendor management
- Handle Sales Enablement inbox and calendar, addressing inquiries and prioritizing requests
- Provide quarterly awards support for Enablement program recognition
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
