Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pricing strategies across 14 NYC venues aligned with market demand and revenue goals.
- Strategically allocate venue inventory and space to optimize occupancy and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with sales to advance bookings, maintain forecast accuracy, and identify pipeline opportunities.
- Lead client negotiations, approve quotes, and manage concessions to secure profitable bookings.
- Create accurate revenue forecasts and budgets based on data and market trends, adjusting as needed.
- Analyze data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Lead biweekly revenue optimization calls with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize revenue performance aligning with company objectives.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Hospitality, or related field or equivalent experience.
