Regional Revenue Manager, Hospitality

Convene is a global hospitality company managing a portfolio of lifestyle brands focused on revolutionizing how people meet and gather. They seek a strategic Revenue Manager to lead pricing and revenue strategies for their NYC venues to maximize profitability and growth.

Skills

  • Proven experience in revenue and pricing strategy, inventory management, and client negotiations.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, power query, VBA, formulas).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to prioritize and perform in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies across 14 NYC venues aligned with market demand and revenue goals.
  • Strategically allocate venue inventory and space to optimize occupancy and maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with sales to advance bookings, maintain forecast accuracy, and identify pipeline opportunities.
  • Lead client negotiations, approve quotes, and manage concessions to secure profitable bookings.
  • Create accurate revenue forecasts and budgets based on data and market trends, adjusting as needed.
  • Analyze data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Lead biweekly revenue optimization calls with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize revenue performance aligning with company objectives.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Hospitality, or related field or equivalent experience.
