The Engagement team, part of the Growth line, is dedicated to helping businesses cultivate user-centric, insight-driven habits that lead to exceptional product experiences. You will join a cross-functional and experienced team composed of two frontend engineers, a product manager and a product designer. The team functions as a cohesive unit that prioritizes accountability, collaborative ownership, and clear communication in pursuit of shared goals. We value a product-oriented mindset, thoughtful experimentation, and a user-first approach grounded in data.
We are seeking a backend engineer with a strong product mindset to contribute to the technical direction of the team and help build scalable systems that enable engaging user experiences. This role will focus on JavaScript backend-stack development, with the opportunity to evolve into a full-stack position.
