Executive Assistant - Temporary
Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team on a part-time temporary basis. This assignment will start training in July and extend for 5-6 months. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our executive management.
Responsibilities include:
- Bookkeeping and track expenses for multiple LLC’s
- Handle all business and personal errands
- Handle all business and personal travel arrangements
- Manage business and personal calendars
- Visit multiple locations to address needs as requested
- Follow up on a variety of projects and tasks assigned
- Manage incoming calls
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of QuickBooks experience
- 3+ years of administrative assistant experience preferred
- Excellent computer skills
- Must be resourceful and able to “figure things out” independently
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator and very organized
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Be available to work between 30 and 35 hours weekly (Monday thru Friday)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
