About You
Colliers is seeking a Senior Transaction Manager to support a key Fortune 500 client in managing a large-scale, enterprise-wide real estate portfolio. This individual will report to the Customer’s Director of Real Estate & Facilities at the Customer’s North American Headquarters (as well as to the Executive Account Director / Colliers Brokerage Team) and play a critical role in executing real estate strategies, managing transactions, and ensuring operational excellence. This position requires deep commercial (corporate occupier) real estate expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage high-volume, multi-site activities in collaboration with both client stakeholders and Colliers’ global resources.
In this role, you will…
Develop and sustain productive relationships with internal client stakeholders and third-party service providers.
Implement and support real estate portfolio strategies aligned with the client’s objectives.
Manage transactions for leasing, sales, purchases, subleases, and renewals - ensuring favorable business outcomes.
Coordinate negotiations and documentation flow for corporate transactions and approvals.
Conduct financial analysis and prepare approval documents in accordance with client procedures.
Lead site tours, client meetings, and transaction planning sessions.
Maintain accuracy and completeness of transaction records and lease documentation.
Contribute to strategic planning, process improvements, and implementation of standardized practices.
Onboard new team members and share best practices.
Utilize CoStar and similar CREM & lease databases to assist with portfolio management & critical transactions-related data.
Liaise with Accounting, Business, Finance, Legal, Risk, Property Management and Third-Party teams to ensure compliance, resolve issues, and fulfill data requests.
Monitor Certificates of Insurance and coordinate requirements with landlords and risk management teams.
Produce lease reports, assist in forecasting, and manage data integrity within systems.
Adapt to evolving priorities and manage a high volume of concurrent projects.
What you'll bring
3-5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial corporate real estate, with extensive transaction management (25+ concurrent projects).
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Law, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Georgia Real Estate License preferred.
Deep knowledge of real estate principles, leasing, and transaction management.
Proficiency with CoStar Real Estate Manager and other relevant financial/real estate software.
High competency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with project management tools, particularly Monday.com (& associated automation of project boards) preferred.
