Evening Operations Coordinator - Facility Services

We are seeking a Contract Compliance Manager (Second shift-Night Manager) to join our successful team! The Contract Compliance Manager is responsible for assisting with the management of contract compliance for designated building maintenance services, as well as maintaining the relationship between City Wide and Independent Contractors. Employee must possess ability to review the client contract and check that work expectations has been met.

Travel to client buildings outside the city of Wichita (up to 30 minutes away) to ensure contract compliance for all building maintenance services.

Assist in evaluating and selecting Independent Contractors (ICs) to perform services for City Wide.

Provide leadership, support, and operational guidance to multiple teams.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and Independent Contractors.

Execute City Wide’s operational protocols to ensure service compliance and quality standards.

Serve as the key point of contact for Independent Contractors during new account start-ups.

Communicate client requests, priorities, and complaints to Independent Contractors in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain regular communication with the Facility Services Manager and/or Director of Operations.

Submit nightly activity and inspection reports using the company CRM system.

Attend scheduled meetings and submit reports as required.

Maintain regular attendance and be available to work a flexible schedule as needed.

• Ability to use an iPad, email, and other specific computer programs written for the position including management software.

• Ability to problem solve and communicate openly and honestly

• ·Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license and auto insurance are mandatory
