General Summary
The SBA / Small Business Express Loan Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of both the Small Business Administration (SBA) lending program and Small Business Express Loan Program at the Bank. This includes structuring, underwriting, and closing SBA 7(a) loans, SBA 504 loans, and Small Business Express Loans while ensuring strict compliance with SBA guidelines and bank policies. The role requires a combination of leadership, technical lending knowledge, and relationship-building skills to support small business clients and grow the bank’s SBA portfolio.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Has direct or indirect reporting responsibility for one to five (1-5) or more staff members. Carries out supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; handing complaints and resolving problems.
