The Registration Associate is responsible for the accurate intake of patient information and input into the hospital computer system to create patient accounts. Insurance verification and identification within the computer system is vital in the accurate billing of every patient account. Registration Associates must secure patient signatures and copies of patient ID’s and insurance cards.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. High School Diploma or equivalent required
2. Ability to type 45wpm preferred
3. Medical Terminology preferred
4. Knowledge of Insurance Verification/Authorization requirement preferred
5. Experience Preferred

Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. Benefits may vary based on collective bargaining agreement requirements and/or the employment status, i.e. full-time or part-time. The current compensation range for this role is $25.70 to $25.70. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
