- 10+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years with Ruby on Rails

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain features across the stack (Rails, React)
- Guide architectural decisions and drive critical projects
- Create intuitive and performant user experiences
- Own features end-to-end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
- Expand and maintain Rails-based APIs and backend services
- Contribute to tooling and CI/CD workflows
