Your Core Responsibilities
- Lead the estate planning and probate practice and supervise the legal support team
- Provide strategic estate and tax planning to affluent clients
- Draft and review advanced estate planning instruments and documents
- Oversee complex probate and trust administration cases
- Advise fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and business owners on legacy and wealth transfer strategies
- Maintain and strengthen long-standing client relationships with a focus on discretion and care
- Actively contributes to firm development through mentoring and community leadership
What We’re Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school; LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred
- 7+ years of experience in estate planning and probate, ideally with HNW clientele
- Deep knowledge of federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax laws
- Florida Bar admission in good standing
- Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
