Responsibilities
- Lead design efforts from concept through launch for new products supporting young children and families
- Create intuitive, accessible, and visually polished user experiences across mobile and web platforms
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, brand designers, and curriculum experts
- Use qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions
- Advocate for design-driven decisions influencing product strategy
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or related field
