- Strong SQL and Python skills

- Knowledge of software development practices related to analytics work
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain analytics-ready datasets using SQL, dbt, and Python
- Design semantic data layers to support reporting, dashboarding, and self-service tools
- Develop clear, compelling data stories and visualizations to support business decisions
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into data products
- Apply software engineering best practices to analytics development, including testing, Git, and documentation
- Ensure data quality and consistency across business domains
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to improve data accessibility
- Participate in agile sprints and contribute to team planning and retrospectives
- Monitor performance of analytics solutions and drive iterative improvements
- Support a culture of data literacy and evidence-based decision-making
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in data-related, technical, or business fields
