Project Manager- Data Entry Specialist

The Project Manager will play an important role in the company’s growth by planning, directing, coordinating, and budgeting in collaboration with the Facility Leadership, Dispatcher, and Estimator.  This role is responsible for multiple business projects and oversees the organization, scheduling, and implementation of each project from start to finish. Seeking someone that has the drive and motivation to make an impact on the business quickly as well as someone that wants to be involved in all aspects of the project from field visits, client interactions, financials, building and coaching a team.  We seek someone wanting to grow with this rapidly growing company and industry.

• Internally manage all aspects of a job between the time it was initially scheduled to when it is called off rent
• Work closely with Outside Sales to ensure all information is accurate and accounted for
• Create job folders for each setup.
  • Include ALL pertinent info regarding the job, including but not limited to:
    • Original Bid TCP
    • Any correspondence (email, texts) from customer
    • Any correspondence from Sales Rep
    • Any correspondence from vendors
    • Any correspondence from vendors
• Clearly and effectively relay all pertinent information to the Assistant Operations manager to ensure timely and accurate job completion
• Ensure accuracy of all paperwork when returning from initial setup, phase change, service or pick up. Enter all necessary modifications into Point of Rental

The employee must be able to successfully handle the physical demands of this position, which include but are not limited to the following:

• Variable hours of operation based on staffing needs and workload
• Ability to work in a variety of physical positions, including sitting, standing walking, and driving
• Majority of hours will be worked in an office setting
  • Some exposure to all weather conditions in combination with regular work time indoors in environmentally controlled conditions
• May be required to lift or carry objects up to 40 pounds

• Full time, 18-20/hr based on experience
