- Proficient in construction estimating and bid solicitation software

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the estimating process ensuring accurate and competitive proposals
- Build and maintain relationships with owners, clients, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Collaborate with the Preconstruction Team on negotiated opportunities and conceptual estimates
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the estimating team
- Manage labor cost analysis and update production rates based on data
- Oversee subcontractor solicitation and bid coverage using Bid-Room system
- Evaluate opportunities for self-perform work and assist in bid day strategy development
- Stay current with estimating and bid solicitation software and provide training
- Serve as lead estimator on projects when necessary
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
