Insurance Product Development Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Argo Group is a leader in specialty insurance with a collaborative and inclusive culture, seeking an Insurance Product Development Regulatory Compliance Analyst to manage and develop insurance forms supporting underwriting across multiple commercial insurance lines.

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance within insurance.
  • Proficiency with ISO Commercial Lines Manuals and industry web resources.
  • Project management capabilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Write and revise contractual forms and endorsements for commercial insurance products.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s portfolio of insurance forms.
  • Collaborate with Underwriting Business Units to enhance and revise insurance products.
  • Maintain forms library with attention to regulatory changes and market needs across all states.
  • Analyze ISO Circulars and revise forms accordingly.
  • Develop usage rules for forms and support rule manual creation.
  • Evaluate new insurance products and coordinate implementations into forms and processes.
  • Act as Project Manager for major product revisions coordinating multiple departments.

Education

  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Insurance educational credentials such as IIA or CPCU preferred.
