Après Nail is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager who's not only fluent in systems and software but also confident leading in-person conversations, guiding adoption, and driving momentum across fast-moving cross-functional teams.

 Key Responsibilities:  

• Project Ownership: Lead the execution of IT initiatives, ensuring timelines, resources, and outcomes align with business needs. 
• Stakeholder Communication: Work directly with onsite business users and represent offshore developers during regular business hours. 
• Bridge Time Zones: Coordinate effectively with developers located overseas (typically 12 hours ahead), providing timely updates and decisions. 
• Technical Liaison: Understand technical concepts well enough to clarify scope, triage questions, and explain developer plans to stakeholders. 
• Training & Change Management: 
• Identify adoption challenges post-rollout. 
• Organize team-specific and company-wide training sessions. 
• Monitor progress and ensure tools are being used correctly. 
• Documentation: Maintain internal knowledge base in Confluence, including process guides, FAQs, and project specs. 
• Task & Sprint Management: Use Jira to manage tickets, track progress, and keep all teams accountable. 
• Meeting Facilitation: Lead meetings efficiently, share notes, and escalate blockers proactively. 

Qualifications and Requirements:  

• 5–8 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in environments with mixed local/remote teams. 
• Exceptional interpersonal and follow-up skills—able to nudge, clarify, and get things done across departments. 
• Technically fluent—comfortable reading specs and understanding system behavior at a high level. 
• Experience leading user training and driving tool adoption. 
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence. 
• Must be based onsite with regular in-person interaction with internal teams. 

Skills and Experience:  

• Stakeholder Communication:
  Exceptional interpersonal skills; comfortable translating between business needs and technical requirements. 
• Technical Fluency:
  Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, specs, and system behavior. Can speak credibly on behalf of developers in stakeholder meetings. 
• Change Management:
  Experience driving internal adoption of new systems or tools, with a practical approach to training and support. 
• Tool Proficiency:
  Hands-on experience using Jira for task management and Confluence for documentation. 
• Time-Zone Coordination:
  Able to work with offshore teams (e.g., 12-hour time difference) and bridge communication gaps between them and local staff. 
• Meeting & Workflow Facilitation:
  Skilled at organizing and leading productive meetings, documenting decisions, and following up on action items. 

Requirements

3–5 years in an IT Project Manager or Technical Project Coordinator role. 

• Experience in fast-paced environments (e.g., e-commerce, SaaS, logistics, or operations-heavy businesses). 
• Past success working with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business users. 
• Demonstrated ability to train internal teams, either 1-on-1 or in group settings, following IT rollouts. 
• Previous exposure to system integration projects or backend architecture is a strong plus.
