Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel for senior executives
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications and meetings
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents
- Coordinate special projects, events, and initiatives for the executive team
- Assist in meeting agendas, materials, and logistics preparation
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate communication
- Conduct research to support decision-making processes
- Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and invoices accurately and timely
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- Provide general administrative support including file management and office supply procurement
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
